What this site collects
The calculators on this site (payment and affordability) run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to a server, stored, or seen by anyone. Close the tab and they're gone.
Contacting Tyron
This site has no contact form. You reach Tyron directly by phone, WhatsApp, email, or Facebook. Anything you send through those channels goes straight to Tyron and is used only to respond to you and provide the mortgage services you asked about. It is not sold or shared with third-party marketers.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4. It counts visits, shows which pages get used, and gives a rough idea of where visitors come from. To do that, it sets cookies (small files saved in your browser) and sends that information to Google. Google may process and store it outside Canada.
This site keeps the Google Analytics advertising features off. Your visits here do not go into ad audiences, and nothing here follows you across other websites. Tyron looks at traffic patterns, not at individual people.
You can opt out in two ways. In your browser settings, block cookies for this site. Or install Google's opt-out add-on. The add-on turns Google Analytics off on every site you visit, not only this one. Nothing on this site stops working if you opt out.
Cloudflare hosts this site. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
Your rights under PIPEDA
Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) gives you the right to access the personal information held about you, to request corrections, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact Tyron at the email address in the footer.
